Talleyrand Truffles is a creating of David Anderson, the same chef who owns and operates Bellefonte Bread Baker. We hand make our confections, using Callebaut chocolate, with an emphasis on sophisticated flavor combinations.
We have chocolate-raspberry croissants, rosemary focaccia, cookies, and lots of sourdough.
