Yes, we offer a special bagel as well as our five standard flavors: plain, asiago, poppyseed, black and white sesame seed and everything bagels. Bagels are sold in packs of six and you can mix and match.
Orders for the following Saturday delivery are placed on our preorder page. Orders are taken from Monday morning until midafternoon on Wednesday or until we sell out.

If you are not home when we deliver your order will be placed on your front porch or the best place we can find to protect it from the elements. If you don't plan to be home, consider leaving a box or cooler out for us to leave the order in.
It sure is. Everything we bake is. If you are going to do it you might as well do it right. I feel that long slow fermentation makes better tasting bread, so we don't use commercial yeast but rely on our sourdough starter to give lift and flavor to everything we make.

Our bakery is a gluten whirlwind and would not be able to produce gluten free items.
Pizza shells are delivered frozen and should be pulled from the freezer when you start to preheat your oven. I like to cook mine at 500 degrees for around 8 minutes. I bake directly on the oven rack without using a pan for a crispy bottom crust.
Deliveries start at 7:30 on Saturday morning and go as late as noon. Email and text alerts are sent out the night before with an estimated delivery time and instructions on how to track your order on the day of delivery.
